Position Summary


The Production Support Specialist II is a client facing role where you’ll oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for client configurations, ensure deliverables meet our high-quality standards, and work closely with both clients and internal teams. You’ll turn client requirements into actionable test scenarios, validate system outputs, and keep projects on track. 
 

Essential Functions

  • Plan and execute quality assurance procedures for healthcare benefit platforms
  • Lead client-facing UAT sessions, ensuring timelines and requirements are met
  • Create client-specific workbooks to validate configurations
  • Perform data comparisons, audits, and analysis
  • Validate vendor and payroll file exports
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing
  • Collaborate with configuration and data management teams to address gaps or missing requirements
  • Participate in post-deployment and status review meetings
  • Assist with root cause analysis when needed
 

Requirements

 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a consumer/client-facing website environment, including manual and scenario testing
  • Data analysis experience with data compares tools
  • At least 2 years in Benefits Administration or Healthcare industry preferred
  • Moderate to strong employee benefits knowledge
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and their practical application
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex data
  • Ability to turn client requirements into actionable test cases
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, MS Project)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident in client-facing communications
